Description

The Bruxicalm Day Bruxism Mouth Guard is indicated to protect the teeth from friction.

Its use is indicated during periods or situations of stress such as work, study, or driving, always during the day. It is an adaptable and anatomical guard, with less thickness and greater comfort.

Directions for Use

Heat water to boiling and once removed from the heat source, place the mouth guard in for a few seconds until the material becomes malleable to the touch. Take the mold while still warm and fit it onto the upper jaw teeth, pressing lightly for a few seconds. Remove the guard and place it in cold water.

You can repeat this process if it has not been properly adjusted.

It can be stored in the protective case, which allows better preservation and facilitates ventilation.

It can be cleaned with warm water and by brushing with a toothbrush.
