Description


Bruxi Calm Día de Prim mouthguard for bruxism is a dental splint designed to protect teeth from involuntary friction caused by stress during sports practice.


New design that improves its use:

  • More anatomical shape
  • Thinner thickness for greater comfort


Directions for Use


Heat water to boiling and once removed from the heat source, place the mouthguard in for a few seconds until the material becomes malleable. Take the mold while still warm and fit it onto the upper jaw teeth, pressing lightly for a few seconds. Remove the mouthguard and place it in cold water.


You can repeat this process if it has not been properly adjusted.


It can be stored in the protective case, which allows better preservation and facilitates ventilation.


It can be cleaned with warm water and by brushing with a toothbrush.
