Description

Bruxicalm is a mouthguard that protects the teeth from involuntary friction (bruxism) due to different situations:

stress states
while you sleep
sports, etc.

Directions for Use

Heat water to boiling and once removed from the heat source, place the mouthguard in for a few seconds until the material becomes malleable to the touch. Take the mold while still warm and adjust it to the upper jaw teeth, pressing lightly for a few seconds. Remove the guard and place it in cold water.

You can repeat this process if it has not been properly adjusted.

It can be stored in the protective case that allows better preservation and facilitates ventilation.

It can be cleaned with warm water and by brushing with a toothbrush.
