Payment Methods

You have two payment methods available to purchase the desired product:
- If the desired products are available on the website, you must add them to the shopping cart and follow the steps; you can make the payment directly by credit card.
- If the products you wish to purchase are not available on the website or you do not wish to pay directly by credit card, you can contact us at info@andorrafarmacia.com. In this case, you can make the payment by:
1) Bank transfer:
(the costs incurred by the bank transfer will be at your expense). You must make a deposit for the value of the selected products plus the shipping costs to:

2) Card payment:
With this system, your data goes directly to the banking entity.
You proceed to place the order you wish to purchase through our website.
Once your order is received, we will generate an invoice that will be sent to you by e-mail.
You will receive an e-mail with this invoice in your name, the total amount of your purchase, and a link to proceed with the credit card payment.
Once you have completed the credit card payment, we will receive by e-mail confirmation that the payment for the purchase of the product has been made.
- We will then proceed to ship the product you requested.
This system is controlled by an Andorran financial institution that guarantees your security.
3) Shipping
We apply a shipping fee to the products sent, depending on their weight and final destination. Take advantage of the same shipment to include several items. This way, the shipping cost will be lower. If you have not received your order within a maximum of 5 days, please contact our shipping service directly to resolve the delay.
4) BIZUM
If you wish to make your payment via Bizum, follow these simple steps during the purchase process in our online store:
- Add the desired products to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Complete your shipping and billing details.
- In Step 5: Payment method, select the option “Credit Card or BIZUM”.
- Continue with the purchase process until you are redirected to the secure Redsys payment platform.
- Once on Redsys, choose the BIZUM option as your payment method.
- Enter the mobile phone number associated with your Bizum account.
- Validate the operation from your bank’s app following the instructions that appear.
- Once approved, you will receive payment confirmation and will automatically return to our store.
- This method is fast, secure, and does not require entering complex banking details, only your mobile number registered with Bizum.
