Pharmacy Edelweiss Points Loyalty Program
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the terms with an initial capital letter
shall have the following meaning:
• Program: “Pharmacy Edelweiss Loyalty Program”.
• Member: an adult individual who has registered in the Program.
• Account: user profile created on farmaciaedelweiss.com that allows
membership and tracking of points.
• Point(s): unit of value granted to the Member in accordance with Section 5.
• Reward(s): discount euros redeemable in accordance with Section 6.
• Fraud: any misuse or manipulation of the Program mechanics
(data alteration, multiple accounts, etc.).
2. Purpose and Scope
1. The Program aims to reward purchases made on
farmaciaedelweiss.com with Points, redeemable for euro Rewards on
future purchases.
2. It is valid for residents in Andorra and any country of the European Union.
These Terms come into force on 27 April 2025.
4. Membership and Acceptance
1. Membership is free and automatic upon registering on farmaciaedelweiss.com
as a customer (not guest), by checking the acceptance box of the
Privacy and Data Protection Policy when creating the Account.
2. The Member declares to have legal capacity (18+) and to provide truthful data:
name, surname, e-mail, phone, address, country and province.
5. Accumulation of Points
1. 1 Point will be granted for each Euro spent on products (excluding shipping and taxes).
2. Points are automatically credited after payment verification and revoked if the order is cancelled or voided.
6. Redemption of Points
1. Conversion rate: 33.33 Points = 1 € Reward (equivalent to 3% of the
net amount excluding taxes and shipping).
2. There is no minimum redemption amount.
3. In the shopping cart, the Member may apply available Points up to
a maximum of 75% of the order amount.
4. Points are personal, non-transferable, not exchangeable for cash
and do not constitute a credit instrument.
7. Validity and Expiration of Points
1. While the Program remains in force, Points do not expire.
2. If future expiration is established, it shall not be less than 3 months from prior notification to the Member.
3. In case of inactivity (no purchases) for 18 months, the Points balance may
expire with 3 months’ prior notice.
8. Modification and Termination of the Program
1. Pharmacy Edelweiss reserves the right to modify any aspect of the
Program, giving at least 30 days’ notice by e-mail.
2. It may suspend or deactivate Accounts for Fraud or misuse without prior notice.
3. After termination, unredeemed Points may be used for 3 calendar months
from notification.
9. Responsibilities and Limitations
1. Pharmacy Edelweiss shall not be liable for system errors, disconnections or
failures in the accounting of Points.
2. The Member releases Pharmacy Edelweiss from any compensation arising from misuse of the Program.
10. Data Protection
1. Data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy

2. Purposes: management of the Program and sending of informational communications.
3. Legal basis: contract execution and Member consent.
4. Data transfer to Mailchimp (CRM) for e-mail sending.
5. The Member may exercise their rights under Law 29/2021 on personal data protection of Andorra.
11. Electronic Communications
All notifications (Points statements, change notices, promotions) shall
be considered valid if sent by e-mail or published in the private area of the site.
12. Assignment and Subcontracting
The Program management is carried out entirely by Pharmacy Edelweiss, its internal CRM,
its communication and web development agency, and Mailchimp, without assigning or
subcontracting beyond these providers.
13. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures due to causes
beyond their control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, governmental acts or other force majeure events.
14. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
1. The contents of the Program (logos, mechanics, systems) are the exclusive property
of Pharmacy Edelweiss.
2. The Member agrees not to disclose strategic or technical information related
to the Program.
15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the legislation of the Principality of Andorra and any dispute
shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Andorra.
16. Entire Agreement and Severability Clause
1. This document, together with the Legal Notice, the Cookies Policy and the Privacy
Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties.
2. If any provision is declared null, the remaining ones shall continue to produce effects.
