CITRAFLEET POWDER FOR ORAL SOLUTION 2 SACHETS

Citrafllet cleans the intestine (including the colon) before undergoing any diagnostic procedure that requires a clean intestine, for example a colonoscopy or a radiological examination.

Citrafllet powder with lemon aroma and flavor contains two types of laxatives mixed in each sachet that, when dissolved in water and ingested, clean the intestine. It is important to have an empty and clean intestine so that the surgeon can see it clearly.

Citrafllet is indicated in adults over 18 years old (including elderly people)

It is essential to strictly follow your doctor's or endoscopist's instructions. The treatment usually consists of two sachets , which should be taken as follows, depending on the time of your medical appointment:

Solution preparation: Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a cup of cold water (approximately 150 ml). Stir the mixture for 2 or 3 minutes. If it becomes warm while dissolving, wait for it to cool before drinking.
Administration guidelines:

First sachet: It is usually taken the afternoon or evening before the procedure.
Second sachet: Administered 6 to 8 hours after the first (often on the morning of the same day as the test, ending at least 2 hours before the appointment).
Essential hydration: Citrafleet does not replace lost fluids. After taking each sachet, it is essential to drink at least 2 liters of clear liquids (water, filtered broths, clear herbal teas, or pulp-free juices) at a steady pace to prevent dehydration and ensure maximum effectiveness of the intestinal cleansing.
