ULTRALEVURE 50 MG 50 CAPSULES

COMPOSITION:

Saccharomyces boulardii 50 mg, sucrose

INDICATIONS : Symptomatic treatment of acute nonspecific diarrhea and in the prevention and symptomatic treatment of diarrheal processes caused by the administration of antibiotics.

ACTION AND MECHANISM: antidiarrheal, bacterial microorganism. Acts by replacing the pathogenic flora of the intestine with another similar to the physiological one.

POSOLOGY

Administer preferably before meals

Treatment of acute nonspecific diarrhea and those produced by the administration of antibiotics

- adults and children over 12 years: maximum dose 500 mg every 24 h

- children between 6 and 12 years: maximum dose 250 mg every 24 h

- children up to 6 years: maximum dose 150 mg /24 h

Prevention of diarrheal processes produced by the administration of antibiotics:

- adults and children over 12 years: maximum dose 250 mg /24 h

- children between 6 and 12 years: maximum dose 100 mg /24 h

- children up to 6 years: maximum dose 50 mg /24 h

INTERACTIONS:

Due to the fungal nature of the yeast Saccharomyces boulardii, avoid concomitant administration with antifungal treatments

Very hot drinks or foods (above 50 º), ice creams or those containing alcohol since Saccharomyces boulardii. Avoid administering with this type of food
