Rino-Ebastel combines two effects in a single tablet: ebastine , which reduces allergic reactions in the eyes and nose, and pseudoephedrine , which acts as a powerful decongestant.

It's the ideal solution for adults and young people aged 12 and over who need comprehensive relief from seasonal rhinitis. At Edelweiss Pharmacy, we have Rino-Ebastel to help you avoid congestion that slows you down in your daily life.

The active ingredients are ebastine and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride. Each capsule contains 10 mg of ebastine and 120 mg of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride.

The other ingredients are: sucrose, maize starch, hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose (E-460i), 8-polyoxyl stearate, macrogol, glyceryl oxystearate, polyethylene glycol, 30% silicone emulsion, ammonium methacrylate copolymer, methacrylic acid-methyl methacrylate copolymer (1:2), dibutyl sebacate, and talc. The capsule components are: erythrosine (E-127), red iron oxide (E-172), yellow iron oxide (E-172), titanium dioxide (E-171), gelatin, and ink (shellac, propylene glycol (E-1520), sodium hydroxide (E-524), povidone (E-1201), and titanium dioxide (E-171)).


  • Adultos, oral:1 cápsula/24 horas. En casos severos puede administrarse 1 cápsula/12 horas.
  • Niños, oral:* Niños de 12 años o mayores: 1 cápsula/24 horas. En casos severos puede administrarse 1 cápsula/12 horas.
    * Niños menores de 12 años: No se ha evaluado la seguridad y eficacia.
    La duración del tratamiento debe limitarse a la fase sintomática, no prolongándose por lo general durante más de 10 días en caso de rinitis alérgica o vasomotora o 3 días en la rinitis asociada al resfriado común.
