Directions for Use

Open the sachet and remove the patch.

Remove the transparent protective film.

Apply the patch to the affected area, making sure it adheres properly.

Wait 10–15 minutes until you feel the warming sensation.

To increase the warming sensation, before applying the patch moisten the adhesive side with hot water to activate the heat effect. Leave the patch on for 24 hours, then replace it with a new one.
