Propalgina Plus contains Paracetamol (effective for reducing pain and fever), Dextromethorphan (inhibits the cough reflex), Chlorphenamine (antihistamine with a drying effect on the nasal mucosa), Phenylephrine (nasal decongestant) and Vitamin C.
It is indicated for the symptomatic relief of cold and flu processes accompanied by mild or moderate pain, fever, nonproductive cough, nasal congestion and secretion.

Propalgina Plus is indicated for adults and adolescents over 12 years of age.
