Description

Nervikán belongs to the group of medicines called hypnotics and sedatives of the central nervous system.

It is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of temporary and mild states of nervousness and occasional difficulty falling asleep of nervous origin.

Nervikán is indicated for adults and adolescents from 12 years of age. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or think you may be pregnant or intend to become pregnant, consult your doctor before using this medicine. Since there are no data on its use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, its use is not recommended in these cases.

Directions for Use

Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age:

Sleep inducer: 2 tablets 30–60 minutes before bedtime. If necessary, you can take 1 more tablet in the afternoon.

The tablets should be swallowed whole, without chewing, with plenty of water.

Properties

Active ingredients

Per tablet:

Valerian: 160 mg of dry extract, obtained with ethanol 70% v/v, from Valeriana officinalis root equivalent to 480–960 mg of dried valerian root.
Lemon balm: 80 mg of dry extract, obtained with ethanol 36% v/v, from Melissa officinalis leaves equivalent to 320–480 mg of dried lemon balm leaves.

Excipients

Sucrose, colloidal anhydrous silica, crospovidone, hydrogenated castor oil, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, talc, hypromellose, stearic acid, vanillin, sodium saccharin, simethicone, methylcellulose, sorbic acid and colorants [titanium dioxide (E-171), indigo carmine (E-132)].
