Maternity Pregnancy GineProtect , from NS Nutritional System (Cinfa), is a food supplement specifically formulated to support women during pregnancy, when the need for certain key nutrients increases.
In a single daily capsule it combines folic acid (400 µg), DHA and EPA Omega-3 (202.5 mg and 40 mg respectively), iron (28 mg), iodine, vitamin D, a complex of B vitamins, zinc, selenium and an additional supply of lutein and zeaxanthin (10 mg and 2.5 mg).
Folic acid contributes to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy; iron helps in the normal formation of red blood cells and reduces tiredness; iodine supports normal thyroid function; and vitamin D contributes to the immune system and bone maintenance. A complete formula designed for easy daily supplementation during this stage with just one dose.
