Directions for Use

DO NOT USE:

As a sports mouthguard.

If you have temporomandibular joint disorders / cranio-mandibular dysfunction (DSM).

If you wear dentures or dental appliances.

If you have loose teeth (consult your dentist or doctor before use).

If you have severe bruxism.

If you have gum disease.

If you have respiratory problems or other health problems related to sleep. - If you have pain and sounds in the temporomandibular joint.
