Description

Daflon 500 mg 60 tablets is a venotonic medicine whose active ingredients are diosmin and hesperidin. It increases the tone of the veins and the resistance of the capillaries or small blood vessels.

This presentation of Daflon 60 tablets is suitable for long treatments that require Daflon 500 mg.

Daflon 500 is indicated, in adults, for the relief of symptoms related to mild venous insufficiency of the lower limbs:

Pain in the lower limbs.
Sensation of heaviness in the legs.
Tightness in the legs.
Tingling in the lower limbs.
Itching in legs with varicose veins.
Swollen legs.
Hemorrhoids.

Directions for Use

The recommended dose of Daflon in adults is:

The first 4 days: 2 tablets, 3 times a day.

The following 3 days: 2 tablets, 2 times a day.

Afterwards, treatment may be continued with a dose of 2 tablets per day.

If symptoms do not improve, or worsen in the first week of treatment, you should consult a doctor.

Properties

Active ingredients: The purified and micronized flavonoid fraction (500 mg per tablet), which contains: Diosmin 450 mg and Flavonoids expressed as Hesperidin 50 mg.

Excipients: sodium carboxymethyl starch type A (from potato), microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin, magnesium stearate, talc, sodium lauryl sulfate, polyethylene glycol 6000, salmon dry premix for coating. The salmon dry premix consists of: titanium dioxide (E 171), glycerol, hypromellose, yellow iron oxide (E 172), red iron oxide (E 172), polyethylene glycol 6000 and magnesium stearate.
