Should you take a daily aspirin?
Talk to your doctor to find out if daily aspirin therapy could help you prevent a heart attack. The doctor might suggest daily aspirin therapy if:
·You have already had a heart attack or a stroke.
·You have not had a heart attack, but a stent has been placed in a coronary artery, you have had coronary artery bypass surgery, or you have chest pain due to coronary artery disease (angina pectoris).
·You have never had a heart attack, but you are at high risk of having one.
