PANTOGAR* is a therapeutic agent for hair and nails, for oral administration. PANTOGAR* provides hair and nails with the strengthening elements calcium D-pantothenate, the amino acid L-cystine, as well as the protein substance keratin, which is the most important constituent of hair.
PANTOGAR* exerts a beneficial effect in various forms of diffuse alopecia. An improvement in hair growth is observed, both from the number of hairs lost spontaneously and through the examination of hair roots. PANTOGAR* improves hair structure, increases hair resistance to mechanical and chemical damage, as well as that caused by sunlight, and strengthens the hair. Nail growth disorders improve considerably under PANTOGAR* treatment. Nails become less brittle and increase their elasticity.
INDICATIONS: Diffuse alopecia (alopecia of unknown etiology).
Degenerative changes in hair structure (tired, fine, low-elasticity, brittle, dull, colorless hair), hair damaged by sunlight and UV radiation, prevention of graying.
Nail growth disorders (brittle, cracked, and low-elasticity nails). CONTRAINDICATIONS:
- No contraindications are known.
- Ingestion is recommended only from the second half of pregnancy.
- It is harmless during the lactation period.
In isolated cases, intolerance reactions have been reported: such as hot flashes, rapid pulse, skin reactions with itching and urticaria.
METHOD OF USE:
Ingest during main meals with a little liquid, without chewing.
POSOLOGY:
Unless otherwise prescribed, the dosage must be followed exactly: adults, 1 capsule 3 times a day; children, 1 to 2 × 1 capsule a day depending on age. Average duration of treatment, 3 to 6 months. If necessary, treatment can be continued or repeated.
