This nicotine tablet dissolves (approximately 15–20 minutes) in the mouth to help relieve cravings and withdrawal symptoms.

Available in 2 mg or 4 mg strengths so you can choose the most suitable one depending on the number of cigarettes you smoke.

HOW TO USE THEM:

1. Place the stop smoking tablet in your mouth.
2. Move the tablet from one side of the mouth to the other from time to time. Do not chew or swallow it.
3. Repeat the second step until the tablet has completely dissolved (about 16/19 minutes)

• Use this table as a guide. Maximum daily dose: 15 nicotine tablets

  From week 1 to 6	Between 8 and 15 tablets per day
  From week 7 to 9	Between 4 and 8 tablets per day
  From week 10 to 12	Between 2 and 4 tablets per day
  In the following 3 months	Between 1 and 2 tablets per day if you feel the need to smoke
